Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain clean environments
- Document client progress and report changes to healthcare team

Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
