Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health observations
- Assist with medication administration and reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Facilitate telehealth coordination and virtual check-ins
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with care teams
Qualifications
- NC Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficient with telehealth platforms and digital tools
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
