Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs with accuracy
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with special dietary requirements
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings safely
- Document client care progress and communicate changes to care team
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe living environment
- Offer emotional companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
- Clear background check and TB test required
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly/disabled
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
