Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe client environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Administer medication reminders per care plan protocols
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with care teams
Qualifications
- Minnesota Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing tasks
