Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transferring patients safely using proper techniques.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and daily health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping related to patient care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medication as directed by the RN/Physician.
- Document care activities and communicate changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or CNA certification preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform lifting and standing tasks.
