Job Overview
We are committed to excellence in patient care. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their dignity, safety, and well-being are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.
- Current valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
