Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe living environment
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled clients
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Physical ability to assist with transfers and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
