Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals & assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs & report health changes
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with mobility transfers & exercises
- Perform light housekeeping & laundry
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Maintain detailed care documentation
Qualifications
- Michigan HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- CPR/First Aid certification current
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Pass background check & drug screen
- Compassionate communication skills
- Flexibility with scheduling needs
