Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication management
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain a clean, safe environment following OSHA standards
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with provided assistive equipment
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
