Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized client environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Indiana Home Health Aide certification (HHA) or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Background check and drug screening clearance
