Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain patient environment
- Transport patients to appointments and errands (company vehicle provided)
- Document patient care accurately and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of provided medical equipment
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Reliable transportation to work assignments
