Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts, walkers)
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry services
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain detailed care records in our digital health system
Qualifications
- State of Indiana Home Health Aide certification (HHA/CNA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with provided assistive equipment
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
