Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance using provided medical equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes for clinical review
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage household tasks to ensure safe living environments

- Administer medications as per care plans with precise documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active California Home Health Aide certification (CHHA) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass thorough background check and TB screening

- Reliable transportation for client visits
