Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing supervisor.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed.
- Accurately document care provided and patient progress.
Qualifications
- Current State of Tennessee Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
