Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulationAdminister prescribed medications under supervision
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Light housekeeping and errand services
- Document care activities accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months home health aide experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Clear TB test and background check
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
