Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide personal hygiene support and companionship to ensure emotional well-being.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or supervisor.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to patient care.
- Transport patients to medical appointments and social activities as needed.
- Administer medication reminders and document care logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
