Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Prepare light meals and assist with medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe environments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document care activities accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
