Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor client vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean, safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping
- Document care activities and client progress in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Current Nevada Home Health Aide certification (HHA/CNA)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
