Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team immediately.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide transportation assistance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients.
- Document daily care activities and client progress accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping the elderly and disabled.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
