Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming clients.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking using proper techniques.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs and daily health status.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve the quality of life for patients.
- Administer medication reminders and report any changes in condition to the nurse.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
