Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, meal prep)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Assist with mobility using proper transfer techniques
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Missouri HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
