Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance to clients including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the RN/Case Manager.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve quality of life.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Home Care Aide certification required.
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
