Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing as needed.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Administer medication reminders and track daily schedules.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification is required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility.
- Previous experience in home care is a plus, but training is provided.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
