Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using advanced diagnostic equipment to prioritize care
- Operate telemedicine systems and digital health tools for remote consultations
- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans based on triage findings
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with specialized documentation software
- Train new staff on triage protocols and equipment usage
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for emergency care pathways
- Respond to mass casualty incidents with departmental emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California with 2+ years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Experience with telemedicine platforms and digital triage tools
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
