Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the nursing team.
- Administer medication reminders as directed.
- Transport clients to medical appointments or errands.
- Document daily activities and care provided accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate nature and patience are essential.
