Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
- Administer medication as directed by RN.
- Document care plans and updates accurately.
Requirements
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or HHA certification.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Valid CA driver's license (if applicable).
- Good physical stamina and ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
