Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding patients according to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Transport clients to and from medical appointments and recreational activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties in the patient's home.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA license preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and assist patients up to 50 lbs.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
