Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve the client's mental well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning to maintain a safe home environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social outings.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in the client's condition accurately.
- Administer medication reminders and ensure medication compliance under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be willing to complete our paid training program and obtain required certifications (CNA, HHA, or equivalent).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine, compassionate nature.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
