As a Home Health Aide with us, you will provide top-tier care to seniors and individuals recovering from illness or injury in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Administer medications and reminders as directed by licensed nurses.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential care documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (we offer training if needed).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Compassionate nature with a desire to help the elderly and disabled.
