Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, engaging them in conversation and activities.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Pennsylvania.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods without assistance.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
