Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while respecting the clientâs privacy and dignity.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Administering medication reminders and maintaining accurate, timely documentation of care provided.
- Fostering emotional well-being through companionship, conversation, and social engagement.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper body mechanics to ensure safety.
- Transporting clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed.
- Monitoring health conditions and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing supervisor.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Current Kansas Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
- Valid Driverâs License and reliable transportation are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in home care is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic charting.

- Monitor and report changes in a clientâs physical or mental condition to the nursing supervisor immediately.
