Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in client condition to the nursing staff.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure a high quality of life.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings when necessary.
- Adhere to all state regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
