Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe home environments
- Document client care and report changes to supervisors
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate attitude and patience working with vulnerable populations
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- No prior healthcare experience necessary - we train!
