Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document changes in client condition
- Provide light housekeeping services and medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Implement personalized care plans under supervision
- Maintain accurate client records and reports
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
