Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition to the care team.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands as assigned.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Document daily activities and care logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
