Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Light housekeeping and errands (grocery shopping, pharmacy visits)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional home care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clear criminal background and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Fluency in English (Spanish speakers encouraged)
