Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations in our secure remote portal
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping
- Administer medications under professional supervision
- Coordinate care plans via telehealth platforms with clinical supervisors
- Transport patients to appointments using company-provided mileage reimbursement
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Minimum 1 year in-home care experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency with smartphones/tablets for remote coordination
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Clear background check and TB test
- Ability to work flexible schedules with remote admin tasks
