Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- Washington State HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
