Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport patients to medical appointments and errands
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
