Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulationMonitor vital signs and report changes to clinical teamPrepare light meals and assist with feedingAdminister prescribed medications under supervisionPerform light housekeeping tasksTransport clients to appointments as neededMaintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredCurrent Oklahoma HHA certificationValid driver's license and reliable vehicleMinimum 1 year home health experience preferredCPR and First Aid certificationAbility to pass background check and drug screenCompassionate patient-focused attitudeStrong communication and time management skills
