Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client adherence to treatment plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities as needed.
- Observe and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition to the supervising nurse or case manager.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Nevada Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, caring demeanor.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
