Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication reminders, and daily progress.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide transportation assistance.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's well-being.
- Follow all state and company safety protocols and infection control measures.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred but not required.
