Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the care team or nursing staff.
- Assist with medication reminders and transportation to medical appointments.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA is preferred but not always required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine, compassionate personality and a desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
