Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient records in EMR systems
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and remote patient monitoring
- Assist nurses with medication administration and treatment procedures
- Maintain a safe, sanitized healthcare environment

Qualifications
- Active New Mexico CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in long-term care or hospital setting
