Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures and oral surgeries
- Prepare patients for treatments and take dental X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory hygiene
- Manage patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
- Order supplies and inventory management
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Coordinate scheduling and patient flow
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or DANB eligible
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Tennessee radiography license preferred
- Proficiency in dental imaging software
- Exceptional communication and chairside manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Background check and drug screening required
