Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take dental radiographs and ensure infection control protocols
- Manage patient records using digital software (Epic, Dentrix)
- Assist with inventory management and sterilization processes
- Deliver post-op instructions and patient education
- Coordinate treatment plans with front office team
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and equipment
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in dental setting
- Proficiency in digital radiography and dental software
- Strong communication and patient rapport skills
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
