Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures with precision and patient comfort
- Process and handle specimens according to CLIA and OSHA protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation systems
- Verify patient identities and prepare samples for laboratory analysis
- Ensure proper equipment calibration and sterile technique maintenance

Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent credential required
