Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in emergency, ICU, or med-surg settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients/families on care plans
- Adhere to OSHA and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active OH RN license (or compact license)
- BLS/ACLS certifications (required)
- Associates/Bachelors in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
