Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical cases
- Administer medications and treatment plans per physician orders
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain sterile clinical environments and protocols
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license required
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Background check and health screening clearance
