Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, treatment planning, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress using electronic health record systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care measures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical patient events
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding standards
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with strong experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
